DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?
We do not allow dogs in tents or in our BBQ pods. Dogs are only welcome on site when staying in a caravan or motorhome.
WHAT DATES DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
All availability on site is live on the system. If the booking system won't allow you to book it because the pitch you want is not available.
DO YOU ALLOW FIRE PITS ON THE SITE?
Fire pits are only permitted on Meadow, Woodland and Caravan Park. We do not allow fire pits on Lakeside Camping or fishing pegs.

WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?
You can check in on site for camping and caravaning from 1pm. BBQ pods check in is from 2pm
WHAT TIME DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE SITE BY?
We kindly ask you to leave your pitch by 10.30am on the last day of your camping trip. BBQ pods need to be vacated by 10am.
ARE THERE TOILETS/SHOWERS?
We have a large recently refurbished shower and toilet block on site.
WHAT ARE THE SIZE OF THE PITCHES?
We ask that the pitch size is according to the size of your tent and appropriate for the number of campers in your party. Please respect those around you and allow for space around each tent. Should your pitch be inappropriate in terms of size and location, you may be asked to relocate.
ARE YOU OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND?

DO YOU ACCEPT PRIVATE HIRE OF THE CAMPSITE?

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS FOR CAMPING?
We ask that all bookings are made online. At the point of processing your booking you will receive a provisional booking e-mail followed by a confirmation e-mail on completion.
HOW DO I BOOK TO COME AND STAY?
See above.
CAN WE HAVE A BBQ ON OUR PITCH?
You can have a BBQ on your pitch. We ask that alll BBQ's are on hard standing or are elevated. We also have BBQ pods that are available to hire and camp it.
CAN WE REQUEST A SPECIFIC PITCH?
Yes, especially if you require electric hook up. We will always try our best to accommodate you.
DO YOU ACCEPT CAMPER VANS OR CARAVANS?
Yes at an additional cost.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN I BOOK?
We do not take a deposit, instead payment in full is required to secure your booking.

Bookings are non-refundable, however, if you can’t make the date booked we would try to arrange a different date for you.

We allow music, however, we ask you to respect others around you.
ARE THERE ANY ACTIVITIES ON SITE?
We offer fishing on site and there is a large children’s play area.
ARE THERE RUBBISH AND RECYCLING BINS ON SITE?
Yes
ARE LANTERNS AND FIREWORKS PERMITTED TO BE USED ON SITE?
No
